Defective on arrival

If the product is broken or has problems, please don't hesitate to contact us. There is no time limit

Non-wooden parts: If any non-wooden parts are damaged or lost upon arrival, just provide the photos of the damaged parts and we will send them again free of charge

2. Wooden parts:

2.1 A small number of parts damaged: If 1-3 parts are damaged upon arrival and the shape of the parts is simple, just provide the photo or number of the damaged parts. We will provide the 1: 1 drawing of the parts for your manual repair

2.2 Parts Damage: If more than 3 parts are damaged when they arrive, just provide the photos or numbers of the damaged parts and we will send them back for you free of charge

2.3 Serious shipping damage: If the package is obviously damaged when it arrives, just provide a photo and we will mail a new package for you The above clauses only apply to the situation on arrival Please don't worry if the parts are damaged during the customer's production. Please contact us. We will also provide you with new parts, but the customer needs to bear the transportation cost and a small amount of cost
